Bass-n-Tubes is a northern California Float Tube, Kickboat, and Kayak Bass fishing club. We welcome anglers of any skill level and all ages to come on out and join the fun of our low keyed, low cost style of Bass fishing and tournament angling.

September 20- 21, 2014 - SCBBBC State Kickboat Classic

Another SCBBBC State Kickboat Classic is in the books. It was a perfect weekend to be on the water. Clear lake had been fishing tough leading into the Classic and things didn't change for the kickboaters. As always someone figures them out.

Daniel Balaba figured it out on day 2 as he came from way behind on Sunday to steal the victory! Dan was the last to cross the scales Sunday, and came in with a monster 22+ pound 4 fish bag to add to his 8+ lbs on day 1.
With 31.43 pounds total Dan Balaba Is the 2014 SCBBBC 'State Kickboat Classic' Champ.

In second on the BnT side was Taylor Capilla. Taylor came to the scales with 2 limits for a total of 15.85 pounds for the weekend to earn his points.
Close behind for third place BnT points was Oscar Baeza. Oscar was able to muster up 2 limits also, for a total weight of 14.97 pounds.
Honorable mention goes to Rob Linden for scoring the day 2 big fish, punching the weeds, with a fat 6.89 pounder.

Thanks to the SCBBBC for putting on another awesome Fall Classic at Clear Lake.
The raffle was great with lots of cool swag.

All BnT tournaments are always about having fun. Some tournaments are preceded by a big camp out with lots of fish talk and good times. You can browse the schedule and results on the left as well as check out the archives from years past. If you'd like to fish with the club feel free to post a message on the forum to say hello and find out any special scoop about the tournament you might be interested in fishing.
